The resulting soap granules, which looked as if they would measure less than a gram in mass, looked like cream-colored breadcrumbs, but when rubbed between the fingers were soft and slick like soft damp soap one would have in the bath.
I am a recent graduate of a Masters in Nursing program and am now working as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I recently ended a six year stretch working as an RN in a Surgical Oncology unit. In my former life I was a sound designer for theater and an audio engineer for concerts and special events. When I reached my career goals, I felt empty and searched for something else. When my brother fell ill to cancer, I realized my future was in medicine. This blog is a witness to my journey. The photos on this page are by me, unless otherwise noted.

hm.
this is a strange entry.
It happens to be the final sentence in a lab report I had to write for chemistry. I like it. :)
put into the context of a report it is slightly more understandable. but just hanging out on its own, it's strange. you gotta admit.
if I had written it in poetic form, would you have responded differently?
no... i still would have thought it strange, even as a poem.
